On Thursday, May 19, 2016, the Rochester District Golf Association will be hosting the USGA Handicap Department for a one day seminar at historic Oak Hill Country Club in an effort to educate local handicap committees, PGA Professionals* and golfers on the USGA Handicap System™.
The seminar will provide information about:
• The intricacies behind how a Handicap Index is calculated to keep it fair for all golfers,
• The important role the Handicap Committee plays to keep the System running smoothly at each club,
• Highlights of the USGA Handicap System, as well as changes to the System for 2016.

Attendance is $10 per person and will be limited to the first 100 registered participants, so be sure to register early!
