Round 2 of 2017 RDGA District Championship Postponed; Competition Shortened to 54 Holes

Due to the amount of rain that fell today, Thursday, July 13, at Locust Hill Country Club, the remainder of the second round of the 2017 RDGA District Championship has been postponed to tomorrow, Friday, July 14. The delay has also forced the Championship to be shortened from four rounds (72 holes) to three (54 holes).

Round 2 of the 2017 RDGA District Championship continues Friday morning at 7 a.m., with play resuming where players left the course on Thursday. Those players who did not begin their second round on Thursday will begin to tee off on Holes No. 1 & 10 at 9 a.m. Following the completion of the second round, the field will be cut to the low 40 players and ties.

Provided that the second round of play is completed on Friday, the third – and final – round will be played on Saturday, July 15.
