Rochester’s own Ryan Steenberg, a World Ranked No. 1 competitor on the World Long Drive Tour, invites all RDGA golfers to the inaugural Roc City Rumble at Home Team Sports Park on 420 Ballantyne Rd. in Chili, at 6:00 pm on July 24 – with the doors opening at 4:00 pm.
The WLDT is an event that defines power golf and brings together the best athletes from around the world to compete on a grid of 460 yards long and 70 yards wide. Three minutes and eight balls define the best, and the twelve athletes in both the men’s and women’s division that can make it through two days of qualifying get to showcase their skills on July 24th – with the finals being broadcast LIVE, in primetime, on the Golf Channel.
Steenberg and the WLDT invite you, your team, family and friends to be a part of this great event. Admission for the general public is FREE. There will be a Youth Tournament for inspiring talent (details to be announced soon) with the opportunity to be showcased along the Top 12 Professional Long Drivers Wednesday night on Prime Time LIVE on the Golf Channel.
