RDGA Men’s District Championship John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial
- CHRIS BLYTH (Mendon GC). Blyth enjoyed the homecoming celebration of his dreams during the final round of the 2018 RDGA District Championship, holding on under blustery conditions for an exciting 1-shot victory over Kyle Downey to win the John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial trophy at Monroe Golf Club.

RDGA Women’s Championship Danielle E. Downey Memorial
- JENNA HOECKER (Brook-Lea CC). A familiar setting greeted Hoecker as she teed off in this year’s RDGA Women’s Championship Danielle E. Downey Memorial at Ridgemont Country Club – the site of her last victory two years ago. By the conclusion of the 2018 Championship, the outcome was also familiar as she captured her third RDGA Women’s title.

RDGA Match Play Championship
- JIM SCORSE (Stafford CC). Entering this year’s RDGA Match Play Championship, most long-time local golf enthusiasts would have given Scorse better-than-average odds for winning the 2018 title – if for no other reason than he was playing on his home course at Stafford Country Club.

RDGA Senior Match Play Championship
- CHRIS SORCI (RDGA eClub). Sorci – returning to competition following an injury in 2017 – battled his way through the RDGA Senior Match Play Championship field, defeating Oak Hill’s George Kavanagh in the final match to claim his first RDGA title of any kind.

RDGA Mid Amateur Championship
- JIM SCORSE (Oak Hill CC). By the conclusion of the RDGA Mid Amateur Championship, Stafford Country Club’s Scorse proved himself equal to any challenge posed by the venerable 94-year-old Sodus Bay Heights, as he captured his seventh Mid Amateur title, finishing two shots ahead of his nearest competitor.

RDGA Senior Championship
- OVERALL: STEVE PUCCIA (Penfield CC)
- Senior (ages 55 to 59): George Kavanagh (Oak Hill CC)
- Super Senior (ages 60-64): Steve Puccia (Penfield CC)
- Masters (ages 65-69): Matt Haefele (Stafford CC)
- Legends (ages 70-plus): Jack Mahan (Oak Hill CC)
Winning the overall RDGA Senior Championship title at Irondequoit Country Club (by posting the low 36-hole score between the Senior (55-59) and Super Senior (60-64) divisions), was Steve Puccia of Penfield Country Club. Puccia put together rounds of 72-75 over the two-day championship for a 3-over-par total of 147 to win the 2018 RDGA Senior Championship by two shots over George Kavanagh and Jim Mason.

RDGA Junior Chamnpionship
- Boys Junior: AIDEN SPAMPINATO (Locust Hill CC)

The three-day Junior, Sub-Junior and Pee Wee Championships at Ontario Country Club featured six sepatate competitions – including individual championships for Junior (ages 15 to 18), Sub-Junior (12 to 14) and Pee Wee (7 to 11) divisions for both boys and girls. This year’s competitions resulted in three first-time winners – Spampinato in the Boys Junior, Simonsen in the Girls Junior, Hoffmann in the Girls Sub Junior, Ames in the Boys Pee Wee and Garcin in the Girls Pee Wee – as well as one repeat champion – Edmunds in the Boys Sub Junior.
