The competition featured three flights in the Men’s Division, two playing from the Black Tees (6,710 yards), one from the Blue Tees (6,375) – and two flights in the Women’s Division (5,027 yards), which featured overall net and gross score winners.

The overall winning team in the Men’s Division playing from the Black Tees was Alex Misiti and James Tee – both playing on their home course of Shelridge. Misiti and Tee also earned spots in the 2018 RDGA District Championship John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial at Monroe Golf Club in July.

Winning the overall title in the Men’s Blue Tee Division was Mark Walsh and Bob Viets.

In the Women’s Division, winning the Low Gross Score flight was the team of Jennifer Lachell and Wendy Wright; winning the Low Net Score flight was the team of Lisa Mulvaney and Elizabeth Thorley.

The event marked the first RDGA tournament hosted by Shelridge, a private club located in Medina that opened in 1959. Shelridge became an RDGA Member Club this year.
