The 2021 RDGA Women’s Senior Player of the Year: Kitty Colliflower
The Rochester District Golf Association began its Women’s Senior Player of the Year Award in 2020 as a way to honor the year’s top female players – ages 50 and above – based on points earned from local, regional and national women’s senior tournaments throughout the season.
Winning the 2021 RDGA Women’s Senior Player of the Year Award was Kitty Colliflower of Oak Hill Country Club.
Colliflower was the top finisher in the RDGA Senior Women’s Player of the Year Points race, winning both the Rochester Women’s Super Senior Championship title, as well as the RDGA Women’s Open Championship Division. Colliflower also finished runner-up in the WRDGA Women’s Championship.
Following a year’s hiatus due to COVID, season-long point standings to determine the RDGA Women’s Senior Player of the Year award were re-introduced in 2021.
