Kristen grew up playing golf at Locust Hill Country Club and had the opportunity to watch and admire the LPGA stars year after year at one of the Tour’s top events. She attended Pittsford Sutherland High School and helped Section V to three consecutive State titles from 2011-2013. After graduating from Sutherland in 2013, she then went on to attend Siena College and helped the Saints to a MAAC Championship title in the Spring 2014. Individually, she finished inside the top-10 all four years at Siena at the conference championship held at Disney’s Magnolia Course.

In the summer of 2018, Kristen Served as the USGA® P.J. Boatwright intern with the RDGA, helping to administer RDGA tournaments, handicap review and Course Rating™. Upon graduation from Siena, Kristen worked for Brook-Lea Country Club as its Membership Coordinator, as well as with the LPGA Symetra Tour’s Danielle Downey Classic. In September of 2019, she joined The First Tee of Western New York, tasked with developing junior golf programming in the Rochester area.

As the Rochester Outreach Coordinator for The First Tee of Western New York, Kristen worked to implement the flagship programs of The First Tee, including:

  • The National Schools Program throughout Rochester area elementary physical education curriculum;
  • DRIVE Program in a wide-range of after school programs;
  • The Life Skills Program at Genesee Valley and Churchville Golf Courses.

In 2023, Kristen moved to her current position as an Assistant PGA Golf Professional at Monroe Golf Club.

Since 2020, Kristen has served as a member of the RDGA Board of Directors and has been active on the Board ever since. In 2023, she also served as RDGA Secretary.
